Lady Vikings quickly rebound with 4-0 victory

Two days after being handed its first loss of the season by area rival McIntosh in a matchup of the top-two ranked teams in Class AAAAA, Northgate’s girls soccer team quickly rebounded with a 4-0 victory at Carrollton in a makeup game from earlier this season.

Reese Weaver scored a pair of goals for the Lady Vikings which also picked up tallies from sophomore Lily Barron and senior Taylor Hendrix in the victory.

The win pushed Northgate’s girls to 10-1 overall heading into Friday’s home game against Creekside.
