Prep Lacrosse: East Coweta girls defeat Rockdale 10-6

The East Coweta girls’ lacrosse team caught fire in the second half to beat Rockdale 10-6.
After playing the Lady Bulldogs to a 4-all tie in the first half, the Lady Indians outscored Rockdale 6-2 in the second half en route to the win.
Sarah Reeves scored the first goal of the game and finished with three for the contest. Ciera Centenera also finished with three goals.
Alyx Akers added two goals. Teammates Cheyenne St. Germin and Julia Ghyzel scored a goal each.
Goalie Kallie Brook finished the game with 10 saves.
East Coweta plays at Archer Monday afternoon.
