What's a group of baboons?

A few years ago we had no Patriot Act, FEMA, Department of Education, Department of Energy, HUD, EPA, and a tzar could not be found in America. As I remember, things were lots better before any of these existed. I can even remember when there was no public housing, no welfare, and the federal government was a servant instead of a master to "We the People." This may sound too good to be true, but it is very true. And we did not owe China any money to speak of. America was the greatest nation on Earth. Every country envied us and their people came here legally, learned English and worked to make a better life for their families. Along the way most people, including politicians, forgot that we were and remain a republic. Nowhere in The Declaration of Independence or the Constitution can one find the word democracy, a word most politicians and the public use. Very few ever mouth the word republic.
