18 months and counting
Come July, I shall have been in this wonderful town of Newnan, Ga., for 18 months. I am still having a blast.
Lots of nice people still offer me rides to wherever I am going almost every day. Once or twice a month, someone will quietly pay for my breakfast. I even had a nice fellow come up to where I was on Temple Avenue at the end of April and gave me his coat right off his back.
It is a very nice coat and it makes me feel like a king when I am wearing it.
I am still dancing on the corner somewhere all over town now. People still come up and say nice and encouraging things to me all the time. My abundance of joy is always strong upon me each and every day, and when I die, should heaven be overcrowded, I shall volunteer to stay in Newnan until my room is ready.
Should you see me on the square, honk and wave.
