Thank you, NTH

I had called the Times several times asking for a story on my grandson, and did I get a whopper.

You sent out a reporter who, it was very evident, was very smart but, more important to me and I think all of your readers, this girl was really listening and showed she cared about us and the story. She wrote our story from her intellectual side and her emotional side, and together everyone who read it called us and told us how beautiful and caring that story was.

Sarah Campbell is my little angel and I can never thank her enough for being so sweet, caring, and doing one bang up of a story for my grandson and all the children in our community with cystic fibrosis who will now get the hard times they suffer every day understood by all your readers.

Thank you seems so inadequate, but I'll say it anyway, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Madeline Daly, Cole's grandmother
