Leave us alone

I am sick and tired of the government’s “help.”

We no longer have any say-so in the running of America. The government knows no truths and abides by their own law. We send money to foreign countries — zillions at the drop of a hat. All our jobs have been sent overseas, even the food we eat.

So what is the government doing about this? Obamacare is just another one of the lousy government programs filled with untruths. So no, we do not need the government's help. We have managed many years without all these new programs that amount to nothing.

As far as a man surviving a week in Newnan, I disagree with that, too. I, for one, do not mind helping anyone down on their luck. I just do not want the government making my decisions for me.

As far as minimum wage goes, that also should be left up to the employers.
