Make Westmoreland check his facts

I was very surprised to see you publish right wing-nut Lynn Westmoreland's hate-filled editorial in Thursday's newspaper.

His platform is to make ridiculous inflammatory statements solely for the purpose of gaining attention and trying to remain relevant to voters who are ill-informed and have little information. His only purpose is to distract from the real important issues, and his false remarks are intended to anger or cause fear and discredit our president.

If he had checked his facts he would know that in the latter half of the 20th century, Reagan and Clinton used the executive order more than any other presidents — and far more than Obama. As it stands, nothing he says is credible, and he just doesn't know what he's talking about.

I'm surprised he didn't call him uppity again.
