Who is in top 2 percent?

Has anybody determined the minimum taxable income of top 2 percent income earners? Is it really $200,000 per individual and $250,000 per family?
Maybe it should be a million or more.
Somebody in the federal government — maybe the Internal Revenue Service —could access the taxpayer data base for 2009, 2010 and 2012.
President Obama should be very interested in a real number, so should the GOP. I can’t believe all people earning $200,000 are members of the top 2 percent club.
