Santa’s workshop: Santa Claus is at his North Pole workshop getting everything in order. I heard Santa will be delivering big things this year – like cars, washing machines, driers, refrigerators and more. Santa has a job this year.

Feel your pain: To those who are shocked President Obama won a second term, I feel your pain. I also felt the same way back when President Bush was elected to a second term. Don’t worry. It will all be over in four more years. Then Obama can be blamed for America’s problems for the next four years.
.....
President Obama lied: Americans died.
.....
Get to work: You blithely dismiss a national debt of $54,000 for each man, woman and child as affordable because it equates to the cost of a luxury SUV. I told my kids they will have to work two jobs to pay their fair share.
.....
Smoke poisonous: If you don’t like people complaining about you smoking in a doorway, don’t smoke in a doorway. You have no right to inflict your filthy poison on anyone else.
.....
Smokers be courteous: To the smoker who stated non-smokers are not affected by cigarette smoke at building entrances: I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke, and it makes me sick even if I just briefly walk through it. Please have some courtesy and compassion for those that cannot inhale it.

No one’s business? I think it’s everyone’s business if we have a self-centered officer on the public payroll working against the system. We all put our pants on the same way.

.....

Old fashioned hate: I’m so old I remember when Georgia Tech was actually worthy of clean old-fashioned hate.

.....

The Obama way: It was a big mistake for Mohammed Morsi to declare a dictatorship in Egypt so early. It was only a matter of months after being elected. He should have taken a page out of President Obama’s playbook. Sneak up on the sheep over a period of years, not months. They don’t scatter as fast and chances of success are greater.

.....

Smoking: I’ve long felt smoking for police officers should be stopped. Tobacco impairs your ability to work. No one can work well while smoking and handling cigarettes. It’s not a good look for an officer to smoke anything while on duty. Try it during your next stop.

.....

What’s the benefit? What is the benefit of smoking? Along with the many reasons not to, there is not one benefit for the smoker nor people nearby. I’m not saying the smoker is stupid, but smoking is a stupid habit. My child smokes, and it is still a stupid habit.

.....

Bold thief lurking: To residents of Parks Avenue and surrounding areas: Within the past few days someone stole a socket set, a reciprocating saw and a pair of bolt cutters from under my carport, which is fully visible from the street. Secure your stuff. We have a bold thief lurking.

.....

Right to know: When the taxpayers pay you to carry a gun in public on their behalf and you commit an act deserving of suspension while on the clock, the public has every right to know.

.....

Church at chamber: A church service at the Chamber of Commerce? Aren’t there enough places of worship in Coweta County already? Was this approved by the membership?

.....

Find solution: No matter your political affiliation, for the sake of our country we must urge our representatives in Congress to reach across the aisle and find a solution to the fiscal cliff issue. No stone should be left unturned. No issue should be considered untouchable. I praise Sen. Chambliss for his courage, knowing he would be hit with a storm of criticism from the Tea Party.

.....

Born again: You say “...only about 5 percent of us (Democrats) are non-Christians by birth...” Actually, 100 percent of people are non-Christian by birth. The Bible clearly teaches that we only become Christians by being born again.
