America is thankful

The Constitution is about government by the people for the people. The 2012 election was about who would be the best leader of our nation. There was not one specific issue; there were many. The voices of voters were heard, which is what elections are. Voters’ choice is how they want to live their life. You may disagree, but death to America — that is putting it to the extreme.
One’s opinion about turning their backs on God is difficulty at best. To somewhat force your set of values and rules upon someone else is not what America is about, nor what our future will be about. You may disagree, but you have a right to live somewhere else.
I am Jewish, I have never thought nor have I seen or read President Obama turning his back on Israel. In July 2012, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak, the most highly decorated general in the Israeli Army, and Israeli President Shimon Peres both praised President Obama for his unshakable commitment to Israel’s security.
That is not throwing a country under the bus.
I am a proud American who voted for President Obama, not because of the last four years, but for what our future may hold.
The voices of the America voters were clear.
