Ms. Helen M. 'Gravens' Ritch

Obituary

Ms. Helen M. "Gravens" Ritch of Newnan, Ga., entered into eternal rest on April 11, 2008, succumbing to complications following an unsuccessful fight against cancer. Helen was a longtime resident of Opa-Locka and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., being a recent resident of Newnan.

She was born Helen Margaret Gravens on June 1, 1938, at Cambridge, Ohio, to Joe Gravens Sr. and Helen Marie "Shrock" Gravens, and graduated high school from Newark High. Surviving are eldest son Lennie of Florida; daughter Patty of Florida; and son Teddy of Georgia; as well as her grandchildren. Also surviving are older brother, Peter Gravens of Hidden Valley Lake, California; and younger brother, John Gravens of Cambridge, Ohio; and her many nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by both parents and older brother Joe Gravens Jr., who was of Cambridge, Ohio.

Helen is sadly missed by her family and friends.
