Mr. Wiley Beckom
Obituary
Mr. Wiley Beckom, age 80, of Newnan, passed away Friday, October 30, 2009, at Piedmont Newnan hospital. Mr. Beckom was born February 14, 2009, in Coweta County to the late Joe Beckom and Lois Kelly Beckom. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Elaine Beckom, and grandson, Ken Brooks. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic.
Wiley Beckom is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Beckom; sons, Randy (Ginger) Beckom, Kenny (Laura) Beckom; daughters, Vickie (Danny) Brooks, Susan (Mike) Neill, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving friends today, November 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, Newnan, GA 30263. Services will be held Monday, November 2 at 11 a.m. in the McKoon Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. David Arrington officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Newnan.
The family requests no flowers, but contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30329-2222.
