Death Notices

Della Boston, 93, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Coweta County, Ga., died Sept. 22, 2008. Funeral services will be Thursday, Sept. 25 at 11 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, Old Corinth Road, Newnan, Ga. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24. Sewell Mortuary Inc., Grantville, Ga.

Keith Peter Hughes, 60, of Newnan, Ga., died on Sept. 20, 2008. A memorial service will be held Thursday, Sept. 25 at 2 p.m. at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from noon until service time.

James Frank "Jim" Ivie, 86, of Senoia, Ga., died Sept. 22, 2008. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Senoia City Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home Wednesday at 3 p.m. The family received friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City.

Martha Hammett Woodruff, 91, of Corinth, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2008. Funeral services will be 4 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 24 in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, Ga., with interment in the Corinth Cemetery.

W.A. (Mickey) Williams Jr., 83, of Sharpsburg, Ga., died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at his residence. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at Ramah First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
