Obituary
Mrs. Richard F. Brown, Betty, went to the arms of the Lord, February 2, 2012. Beloved by family and friends, she taught children's & adult Sunday school for over 40 years at First Baptist Church of Newnan and Grace Baptist Church of Sharpsburg.
She is survived by Richard F. Brown Jr., husband of 64 years; daughters, Dianne & husband Rick Templeton, Christine & husband Martin Toperzer, Suzanne Sewell and Sharon & husband Michael Settlage. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. "Her children arise up and call her blessed; her husband also and he praiseth her." Proverbs 31:28

Visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St., Newnan. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 41 Perimeter Center, East Suite 550, Atlanta, GA 30346.
