Mr. Johnny Scott Cochran
Mr. Johnny Scott Cochran, age 46, passed away on Thursday March 14, 2013 at his home in Newnan, Georgia. He was born on Nov. 19, 1966, in Newnan. His parents are Johnny Cochran and Oneita Caldwell Branscome.
He is preceded in death by his sister Bonnie Cochran Heptinstall. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Lari Cochran; sons, Jarrett Cochran and his wife Faith and John Treavor Cochran; step-mother, Sandy Cochran; sister, Tammy and husband Jeff Norton; step-brothers, Michael Allen and Marc Allen. He is also survived by his only grandchild who was his pride and joy along with many nieces, nephews and cousins who truly loved him.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 17, from 6 until 8 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday March 18, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Dr. Gary Howard, Dr. Joel Dover and Pastor Jim Spradlin officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church cemetery in Luthersville.
