Ms. Melissa Lang
Ms. Melissa Lang passed away on Nov. 25, 2012, at her home in Atlanta, GA.
Aged 59, she was born in Newnan, GA, to the late Emily Lang and the late James Lang.
A graduate of Newnan High School, Melissa attended Emory University and the University of Georgia.
She is survived by her daughter, Leah Burke; granddaughter, Sophia Burke; sisters, Stella Starr Lang and Sally Lang Reaves; and brother, James David Starr Lang.
Donations in memory of Melissa may be sent to Grant Park Cooperative Preschool ( www.gpcp.org ) at 177 Estoria Street, Atlanta, GA 30316.
A private family service will be held. Arrangements by Southern Cremations & Funerals at Cheatham Hill.
