Mr. Charles Proctor Cooper IV, of Jacksonville, FL, died November 24, 2012 the result of a tragic traffic accident.
Proctor was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, April 13, 1979, the son of Charles (Biff) and Jeanne Cooper. Proctor was married to Jennifer Kelly on August 17, 2002.
Proctor was a devoted son, husband and father and brother. He was adored by his wife and daughter, and dearly loved by all his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Charles (Biff) and Jeanne; wife, Jennifer Cooper; brothers, Stephen and Andrew; children, Chloe and unborn Baby Girl Cooper.
A memorial service for Mr. Proctor Cooper will be held December 8 at 2 p.m. at Poplar Grove Community Hall, Sharpsburg, GA.
