Mrs. Bonnie Sue Turner
Mrs. Bonnie Sue Turner, 76, of Riverdale, GA, passed away Oct. 9, 2012.
She was born in May of 1936 to the late John C. and Bessie Horton Butler in Walhalla, South Carolina. She graduated from Walhalla High School, and also received an associate’s degree from Tennessee Temple University. Mrs. Turner retired from Southern Regional Hospital as a financial counselor after 25 years. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret King, Peggy Whiten; and brother, Gary Butler.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Turner, also of Riverdale; daughters, Tammy Beau and her husband, Bobby, of Newnan, Pam Turner of Riverdale; brother, John B. Butler and his wife, Keiko, of Roswell; grandchildren, Becky Hanes and her husband, Paul, of Sharpsburg, Amanda Beau of Newnan, Zachary Beau of Newnan; great-grandchildren, Haiden Beau, Paisley Beau, Wyatt Hanes, and Cooper Beau. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Hines officiating. Interment will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
