Mr. John T. Elder, 70, of Atlanta and formerly of Newnan died on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012. Funeral service will be Monday, Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. at Summer Hill Baptist Church. In-state viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Interment at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church cemetery, Moreland. Viewing will be Sunday from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home.
Shirley A. Freeman, 57, died on Oct. 1, 2012. Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Moreland. Visitation will be on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sewell Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. C.L. Ray, 65, of Ellenwood, GA, passed on Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at noon at Ebenezer Baptist Church.
