• Gary W. Fisher, 60, died on Aug. 27, 2012, in Omaha, Nebraska. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8 at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home, Newnan, GA. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m.

• Danny Richard Key, 68, of Newnan, GA, died Sept. 3, 2012. Visitation is Thursday from 6 till 8 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan. The funeral service will be on Friday, Sept. 7 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
• Betty Jean Nelms, 83, of Newnan, GA, died Sept. 5, 2012. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7 at the graveside in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 8 .m. at McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan.
