If you were GM, would you have let the Red Sox outbid you for future Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz?

The famous Budweiser Clydesdales will be coming to Senoia a few hours later than initially announced for their December visit.
The horses and wagon now are set to arrive in downtown Senoia at 3 p.m. on Dec. 13.
Originally, the horses were supposed to be in Senoia from 10 a.m. to noon. But that schedule doesn't give the horses and crew enough time to rest and recover from the night before, said Gail Downs of the Senoia Downtown Development Authority.
Downs appeared before the Senoia City Council Monday night to address the time change. All the previous plans for managing the crowd will simply be shifted to the later time.
Other big Senoia holiday events include Light Up Senoia, a parade and tree lighting on Dec. 6, and the Holiday Tour of Homes on Dec. 14.
The Christmas parade will begin at 5:30. A food court will open at 4. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand, and there will be a Secret Santa Workshop for children to purchase Christmas gifts.
The tour of homes will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Tickets are available at the Senoia Welcome Center, Gail's Antiques, Senoia Coffee Company, and Second Hand Sam's. Tickets the day of the event can be purchased at the Senoia Buggy Shop Museum on Main Street.

I look forward to seeing the horses again. It was great when they came through Newnan a few years ago. I hope the horses get some well needed rest between events.
