Newnan Burglary Suspect Arrested

An arrest has been made in the burglary of a Mansour Circle home Wednesday morning in Newnan.

Around 11:30 a.m., the resident walked into his home to find a man standing inside. The resident locked himself in the home’s kitchen and waited until the suspect left. Police were unable to locate the suspect Wednesday, but detectives with the Newnan Police Department were able to follow evidence found at the scene and located and arrested the suspect around noon Thursday.
