Hospital offers broad selection of outpatient services

These services will enable patients to receive a wider range of treatment options near the hospital where they receive inpatient care. Having a wide range of outpatient services increases the quality and scope of care for all patients.
Piedmont Newnan Hospital's outpatient services include: • Piedmont Infusion Center Phone: 678-854-2461 This facility offers a full scope of infusion services provided by a compassionate staff in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Services include: -- Adult and pediatric antibiotic and hydration therapy -- Chemotherapy administration -- Transfusion services The Piedmont Infusion Center is moving to the new Piedmont Medical Plaza on the hospital's Poplar Road campus in early May. • Piedmont Cardiovascular Imaging Center Phone: 678-854-2980 This state-of-the-art, cardiovascular imaging center offers comprehensive diagnostic testing and cardiac rehabilitation. Services offered include: -- Cardiac rehabilitation -- Carotid ultrasound (to screen for blockage) -- Echocardiography -- Echocardiography stress testing -- Multiple gated acquisition scan (to evaluate the right and left ventricles of the heart) -- Nuclear medicine stress testing (myocardial perfusion imaging) -- Vascular ultrasound (to capture photos of the body's veins and arteries) The facility is located at 20 Francis Way, Suite 301 Sharpsburg, GA 30277, in the same building as the Piedmont Heart Institute. • Piedmont Heartburn Treatment Center Phone: 770-254-3301 This facility is a comprehensive center offering diagnostic testing as well as medical and surgical treatments for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
