Free CPR Class Rescheduled

by Wes Mayer

The free CPR class planned in Whitesburg Tuesday night is canceled due to inclement weather.

Sam Connor with Newnan CPR, who instructs the free classes, said the class is rescheduled for Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. at the Whitesburg Public Library. In addition, the University of West Georgia Newnan campus class scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday night may also be rescheduled. If the campus is closed on Wednesday, the class will be moved to Feb. 26 at 6 p.m.

Connor said 12 people attended the free class in Fayetteville at New Vision Church Monday night.
