Coweta feels Sandy's impact

Forest Copeland with Newnan Utilities on Tuesday removes the remaining trunk of a rotten tree that fell on a house on Farmer Street as a result of winds from Hurricane Sandy. It is the second time the house has been hit by trees in the last two years.

High winds from Hurricane Sandy caused several downed trees and a few sporadic power outages in Coweta County.
