By News Staff

The Times-Herald

The U.S. Census Bureau is ramping up its search for employees to help in the 2010 Census.

The 2010 Census team will be at the A. Mitchell Powell Jr. Library in Newnan on Friday at 2 p.m. to offer testing for various employment opportunities.

Seating is limited, so reservations are required.

For more information, visit www.2010censusjobs.gov, or call 1-866-861-2010 for more information.

The Atlanta Regional Census Center, which covers Georgia, Florida and Alabama, will be opening local census offices and will have manager positions available in those states. The Census Bureau is also looking for field representatives.
