Authorities search for missing 13-year-old

UPDATE: Missing teen found safe by Coweta County authorities and returned home.

The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in finding a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing Wednesday.

Karianna Cabello was last seen at her home on Corn Crib Court in Newnan, according to investigators. It is not know what time she left, or if she left with anyone, but she did not take any extra clothes, her cell phone or any money. It is not known if she left walking or was picked up by anyone.

Cabello was described as five feet, four inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds, authorities said. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with holes in it and a blue undershirt, blue jeans and black and white Adidas tennis shoes. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Cabello have been asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 770-253-1502 or call 911.
