Senoia theft suspect wanted

Anyone with information is asked to call the Senoia Police Department. 


Senoia police are on the lookout for a man who snuck into a store on April 10 and stole money from the store’s safe.

The theft occurred around 5:55 p.m., said Lt. Jason Ercole with the Senoia Police Department. The suspect, who has not been identified, snuck into the back room of Crook’s Hit n Run Food Mart at the corner of Highway 16 and Broad Street and stole approximately $545 from the safe.

The suspect managed to open the safe using keys he found nearby and stole the money while the clerk was distracted. The suspect was seen on the store’s surveillance cameras.
