Clearing for equestrian trail parking March 9 at Chatt-Bend park

Equestrian trail parking clearing work will be done at Chattahoochee Bend State Park in western Coweta County on March 9.
The work begins at 9:30 a.m. Volunteers should meet at the Visitor Center by 9 a.m. to complete paperwork.
The 11-mile Central Loop is on the docket for review by state Department of Natural Resources engineering, archaeology and botany, and a parking area needs to be engineered and cleared.
