Local economy may outpace nation in 2013

Georgia – and particularly the counties south of Atlanta – are seeing strengthening economic growth.
Dr. Roger Tutterow, professor of economics at Mercer University, shared several heartening portents in economic statistics when he spoke at South Metro Development Outlook. SMDO, an annual conference mounted by The Collaborative Firm, was held this week at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park.
