Judge MacNabb reflects on services, needs

When it comes to taking care of and helping juveniles – in both delinquency and deprivation cases – the problem has always been one of money, according to retired Coweta Juvenile Court Judge Joe MacNabb.
“There has never been enough money to treat children,” he said.
