Southern Regional appeal is delaying rehab hospital

A recent decision approving a Certificate of Need for a 50-bed rehab hospital to be built and operated in Newnan by Birmingham-based HealthSouth in Newnan is being opposed with an appeal by Southern Regional Hospital, based in Riverdale.
