Grantville recreation plan calls for fountains, restrooms in park

Debate among Grantville city officials and the community at large lately has centered around a proposed splash park, but Grantville's Parks and Recreation Advisory Board went a more practical route when prioritizing projects in its long-term plan: drinking fountains and restrooms at city parks.
