Olens takes aim at Feds

Attorney General Sam Olens’ office has been busy the past few years, and considering current and future federal actions, it might get even busier.
The state is currently involved in a few lawsuits against the federal government, and will likely file another one in January 2014 against the “employer mandate” contained in the Affordable Health Care Act — aka Obamacare.
