Coweta Board of Commissioners: Blackburn replaces Brooks as chairman

Bob Blackburn is the new chairman of the Coweta County Board of Commissioners.
Blackburn, who represents the Third District, was chosen as chairman by fellow board members Tuesday during the board’s first meeting of 2013.
