Time is running out for the public to participate in the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce’s 2013 Legislative Survey.
The brief, online survey is at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PX75SDC .
The feedback will be used to finalize the Chamber’s 2013 Legislative and Public Policy Agenda, as well as determine where the Chamber spends its time working on issues.
The deadline for completing the survey is Monday. All Chamber member entries will be entered into a random drawing for two tickets to the Chamber’s annual meeting, coming up Jan. 31.
Thanks to redistricting, Coweta now has five state legislators — four state representatives and one state senator. They are: State Senator Mike Crane, R-Newnan, State Rep. Lynn Smith, R-Newnan, State Rep. Carl Von Epps, D-LaGrange, State Rep. Matt Ramsey, R-Peachtree City, and State Rep.-elect Robert Stokely, R-Sharpsburg.
