Steve Quesinberry, chairman of the Newnan High School Social Studies Department, is inviting everyone to join him and fellow history teacher Frank Henderson on Tuesday, Dec. 4 for a Spirit Night fundraiser at the original Sprayberry’s restaurant on Jackson Street.
A portion of dinner sales wil be donated to the NHS History Department. Quesinberry says this event is one of the program’s major fundraisers of the year.
“We would appreciate ya’ll coming out and supporting us at supper that night if at all possible,” Quesinberry said. “Dine in or carry out. Frank and I will be there at dinner time and will be anxious to see as many of you as possible.”
Spirit Night hours will run from 4 p.m. until close of business. Customers are only asked to tell the staff they support NHS History.
“We appreciate everyone’s support and look forward to seeing them next Tuesday,” Quesinberry said
