A Newnan woman was charged with DUI after a single-vehicle wreck Thursday afternoon.
Cori Kubon was eastbound on Lower Fayetteville Road in a Toyota Tacoma when she left the right side of the roadway, went into a ditch and hit several trees, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Deputy John Curtis.
"Witnesses said there was nothing to cause her to leave the roadway," the deputy said.
Kubon was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane, Curtis said, adding she was taken to Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
