$15 million project would convert former hospital to college campus

Newnan would oversee an approximately $15 million renovation of the old Newnan Hospital complex, and then sell it to the Georgia Board of Regents for $5 million for a new college campus, according to a proposal to be discussed by Newnan City Council today.
