An excavator recently completed demolishing a house off Lower Fayetteville Road near East Newnan Road that was taken down because it was in a utility right-of-way.

A house in a small subdivision off Lower Fayetteville Road near East Newnan Road in Newnan recently was demolished because it ended up being built on a utility right-of-way.
