Jury selection will be held Tuesday in Coweta Superior Court in the trial of Sol Jason Moon, accused of aggravated child molestation in connection with an unlicensed day-care center at his Coweta home.
Moon was indicted in March on five counts of aggravated child molestation, four counts of aggravated sexual battery, three counts of child molestation and one count of sexual exploitation of children.
Moon, 54, of 65 General Longstreet Line, located off Baker Road in eastern Coweta County, was originally arrested May 27, 2011, after parents of a child who claimed he had been sexually abused by Moon contacted the Coweta County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities say that Moon and his wife, Judy, had been operating an unlicensed day-care business from their home.
