County's QDC: quality development or undue burden?

A driveway section of brick or stamped concrete pavers is required of all facilities in Coweta's "quality development corridor" district. Commission Chairman Rodney Brooks said he would like to look into doing away with the requirement.

Coweta County’s Quality Development Corridor ordinance is intended to promote quality development.
In the words of the ordinance itself, it exists to “encourage harmonious community development, conserve natural resources, enhance the economic and aesthetic appeal and to promote orderly development of properties within the corridor.”
