Downtown Newnan getting more parking; project to add 70 spaces

Work on a new parking lot in downtown Newnan adjacent to the Historic Train Depot between East Broad and East Washington streets continues on schedule, and the facility should be completed within two months, according to Newnan City Manager Cleatus Phillips.
