Former Newnan banker Dorough's Montgomery B&T fails due to Price's scheme

Back in 2009, Trae D. Dorough was serving as president of a Coweta County bank when it was closed by federal regulators.
Earlier this month, Dorough was again serving as a president of a Georgia bank when it was closed, but the circumstances were quite different.
