Two former roommates were arrested on burglary charges after stealing a video game machine from another roommate.
Kale Reid Abercrombie, 20, and Joseph Andrew Dillard, 20, were arrested Tuesday and booked into the Coweta County Jail, according to jail records.
The two were living at a residence on Elberta Drive off Georgia Highway 154, but were kicked out recently by a third roommate, said Major Jimmy Yarbrough with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
Abercrombie and Dillard went back to the residence recently, and Dillard went through a window and took a Sony Playstation and various video games, the major said.
“They knew how to break into the house,” Yarbrough said. “They sold the Playstation game and we were able to track it down after contacting various stores.”
