“Sheri is a proven leader and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her to the Piedmont Newnan team,” said Michael Bass, CEO of Piedmont Newnan Hospital. “Her strong background in quality and operational improvement make her a great match for our culture of service excellence.”
As chief clinical officer, DeShazo has responsibility for the following hospital services: interventional, women’s, inpatient, emergency, imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, pharmacy and pulmonary services. She also will oversee the Care Coordination Center.
