NOTICE OF SEIZURE TO INTERESTED PARTIES


The State of Georgia by and through the District Attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit and pursuant to O.C.G.A Sec. 16-13-49, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of December, 2011, the following property was seized by Newnan Police Department Drug Unit and there is a forfeiture pending against said property in Coweta County, Georgia.
The property seized is:
$13,700.00 in U.S. Funds (Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and No Cents)

One X-Box Game System Kinect Special Edition SN: 009130105205
Seven X-Box Games
Conduct giving rise to said seizure was as follows:
Arrest. Said property was found on the above date and time to be in close proximity to a quantity of suspected Cocaine which is in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (16-13-30), or said property was directly or indirectly, used or intended for use in any manner to facilitate said violation, or said property was proceeds derived or realized from a said violation the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
You are further notified that you may file a claim within thirty (30) days of the second publication of this Notice of Seizure by sending a claim to the seizing agency, Newnan Police Department Drug Unit, 25 Jefferson Street, P. O. Box 1193, Newnan, GA 30264 and The Coweta County Superior Court Clerk, Coweta County Justice Center, 72 Greenville Street,
