Said property was used to facilitate a transaction in or a purchase, or sale of suspected Cocaine and suspected Marijuana, which is in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (16-13-30), or said property was directly or indirectly, used or intended for use in any manner to facilitate said violation, or said property was proceeds derived or realized from a said violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
