PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Palmetto Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 509 Toombs Street, to consider the request from Palmetto Baptist Church for a variance regarding parking space size, from 10’ x 20’ to 9’ x 18’ (Article 9-6, Section A-4 of the Zoning Ordinance) and a variance from the requirement for a 30 foot planted buffer around the property line (Article 6-14, Section C-7b of the Zoning Ordinance). Property is located in Land Lots 63 & 64, Land District 7, Coweta County, Georgia on North Hwy 29.
