Pursuant to Section 5-259(c)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the city of Newnan, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Newnan on February 28, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Richard A. Bolin Council Chambers, Newnan City Hall, 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263 for the purpose of considering whether the building located at 9 Landers Street is an unsafe building in accordance with standards of the Standard Housing Code.
