Take notice that on the 18th day of April, 2013, Elzy Nayeli Parra Ramirez, a minor filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, seeking a name change from Elzy Nayeli Parra Ramirez to Kelsey Parra. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
