David Edmondson and Terri Kellerman have joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as realty agents.
Edmondson and Kellerman became affiliated with the Bullard organization as a result of the company's acquisition of Southern Crescent Century 21.
Edmondson, previously owner of Southern Crescent Century 21, is a Fayette County native and Fayette County High School graduate who recently entered his 36th year in real estate. He first joined Century 21 Southern Crescent in 1978, and in May 2005 purchased the company from Anne Minter, who had owned and operated it since the early 1980s. In August 2007 he obtained a Jackson office by purchasing Morningside Realty.
Holder of the GRI and ABR designations, Edmondson earned membership in the Centurion Honor Society, being Century 21's No. 1 agent in Georgia in 2000, No. 2 in 2001, and No. 3 in 2003. His nephew, Kenneth Edmondson, and niece, Leslie Terek, also previously were with Southern Crescent and are now with Bullard's Peachtree City/Fayette office.
Kellerman, in real estate for 14 years, has a B.S. degree from Georgia State University. Past president of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, she was the organization's Agent of the Year in 2005. She has also earned the GRI and ABR designations.
During her years with Century 21 Southern Crescent, she served as vice president and was managing broker of the Fayetteville and Jackson offices. Her industry recognition includes multiple Million Dollar Club awards.
